Our goal in starting a blog is that through this medium, you'll be able to see a little bit more of who we are and to get a feel for our personality as a small business in the French Quarter. We hope to enlighten you on the processes we use to come up with new candies, to showcase some of our incredible (and entertaining) staff members, to show you how we participate in our local community, and to tempt you with delicious pictures from the candy kitchen like this one, of Sue covering tortues:
