Shipping & Handling Costs:
Charges for for FedEx Ground, FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2Day shipping and FedEx Overnight Express will be automatically calculated based on the shipping zipcode.
Shipping charges apply separately to each shipping address.

Unless specified, all orders will be processed and prepared to ship within 24-48 hours of your order being received.
When placing an order for a major holiday, please order early. Because all of our candy is hand made without preservatives the day it is shipped, we may reach our kitchen capacity during big holidays. Ordering early will help to ensure that your order is shipped on the day you request.
We generally ship Monday through Thursday and try to ship orders as soon as we receive them. Orders placed after 2pm Thursdays will not be shipped until the following Monday. This is to avoid having the candy sit in a FedEx warehouse over the weekend, and to ensure the freshness of our product when it arrives at its destination.
While we will always do our best to get your package to its destination on the day you request, there are no guarantees, only estimates. All ground shipping estimated times are just that: estimates. For important events in a time-crunch, 2-Day or Overnight Express shipping is the best option.

When placing multiple orders to multiple addresses, please note that shipping charges are per recipient. Customers will be charged the 4% State Sales Tax for shipping addresses in Louisiana. Addresses in Orleans Parish will also be charged an additional 5% for the Parish Sales Tax.
FedEx Ground Service
Our default shipping method is FedEx Ground. Orders shipped using Ground service will arrive in 2 – 6 business days depending on how far it has to travel. Allow 7-14 days outside of the continental US. Saturday delivery is available with FedEx Ground shipping for residential addresses only. Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed when using Ground service.
FedEx 2 Day Service
Orders shipped using 2 Day Service will arrive in 2-3 business days. There is no Express delivery on weekends or holidays. If you order on a Thursday, Friday, or within one day of a holiday, we will not ship your order until Monday unless you call to tell us otherwise. Please note that the day the package is shipped does not count as one of the “2 Days.” (For example, packages shipped 2-Day on Monday will arrive Wednesday)
FedEx Overnight Service
This method is always available and encouraged during the warmer months. Orders will be shipped overnight and guaranteed to arrive by 7pm the following day, not counting weekends. There is no Express delivery on Sundays or holidays. Early morning and Saturday delivery is available in limited areas, by request, at an additional charge. Please call/email us for more information on this service or to schedule delivery.
Warm Weather Shipping
Many of our candies can take the heat just fine; in fact Pralines are built for the steamy New Orleans weather, as are fudge, brittles, nuts, and taffy. Any candy made with chocolate (except for chocolate pralines and fudge) will melt in transit once the outdoor temperature rises above 80. If you need your chocolate during those warmer months we offer special warm weather packaging for an additional $5, which protects chocolate from melting during shipping. You candy will be packaged with Styrofoam and a cold gel-pack. Shipments outside of Zones 1&2 (see FedEx zone chart) will need to be shipped via 2-Day Express, as the cold-pack only stays cold forup to 48 hours.
Tracking your Order

If you cannot find the shipping info email, be sure to check your junk mail box, as they may have been caught by the spam filter. If you still can’t find it, feel free to email us or call our 800 number for our help.
