This is considered by many to be the quintessential Southern candy, and is somewhat hard to find as of late. Divinity is at once sweet, nutty, fluffy, creamy, and just a bit sticky. It’s similar to an unbaked sweet meringue, but a little denser, with chopped crunchy Louisiana pecan halves and a dash of vanilla.
