We based our old-fashioned toffee recipe on one first made in the 1600s - and made it our own. Cooked over flame in a copper kettle and scooped quickly by hand, our crisp, buttery English-style toffee is light, crunchy - enveloped in chocolate and topped with a sprinkling of toasted nuts.
